Solar Power is getting a grassroots look. The Maryland Solar United Neighborhoods is in Wicomico County to pitch the idea of homeowners forming a cooperative to ge access to discounts and grants for installation. It will holding a meeting Thursday night at 6:30 p.m. at the Salisbury Chamber of Commerce in Salisbury.
