The 2nd annual Halloween 5K and 1-Mile Walk by the Salisbury University’s United Way raised almost $54-hundred.
There were over a 150 people who participated in the event that included that 1-mile Zombie Walk.
The Salisbury Daily Times notes that at the after party the accapella group “Squawkapella” from Salisbury University also performed.
There were more than 60 volunteers who helped with the hours of preparation for the fundraiser.
