RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump is heading to Virginia.

Trump is holding a campaign rally at the Richmond International Raceway on Wednesday. The event will begin at 7 p.m.

Trump was supposed to host a rally in Virginia Beach earlier this month but canceled the event after Gov. Terry McAuliffe declared a state of emergency due to Hurricane Joaquin.

Trump said in a statement that 10,000 people were expected to attend that event.

Trump is the second GOP presidential candidate to visit Richmond this month.  Ohio Gov. John Kasich held a town hall meeting at the University of Richmond last week.
