ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan will be delivering his first State of the State speech.

The speech, which is scheduled for noon on Wednesday in Annapolis, is expected to provide more detail about Hogan's main goals for the legislative session.

Doug Mayer, a spokesman for the governor, says Hogan plans to outline his legislative agenda in the speech, which will take place in the House of Delegates.

He also says Hogan will talk about some tax relief the Republican governor is backing this session.

The speech is given each year by the governor to the Maryland General Assembly.
