Billboards in Delaware Encourage Condom Use

creative commons

There are new billboards going up along Delaware Route 1 and U.S. Route 13.

And they say you can get free condoms, anonymously, by mail.

The promotion is part of a marketing campaign for Delaware HIV consortium’s program DelaWEAR One.

The program will have been in place for a year next month.

And it is designed to encourage condom use.

The Wilmington News Journal reports that 350 people have already enrolled in the program and that the state has plenty of condoms in stock.
