Harrington will be the site of a major country music festival next summer.
The three day event is being promoted by Live Nation and businessman Alex Pires.
The event will take place August 14th though the 16th.
Brian O’Connell, Live Nation’s country touring president, said that they are not going to limit their efforts just to Delmarva.
He said the festival will have major country music stars.
The festival will use a large open space in the back corner of the fairground property.
And, the festival will come just two weeks after the end of Delaware’s state fair.
