Maryland's state Senate District 37 will have a new face this election with incumbent Richard Colburn's defeat in the GOP primary. Republican Delegate Addie Eckardt and Democratic challenger Christopher Robinson are vying for the seat. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush examines the candidates and the issues.
