Teen Charged for Alleged Fake Bomb Threat in Ocean Pines

In Ocean Pines police have charged a 13 year old with making a bomb threat and trying to construct a device.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that on September 7th police got tipped of about a suspected explosive device.

They said the threat appeared in text messages and on social media from teenagers including a picture of suspected bomb.

The suspect was identified and a search of his home uncovered a hoax device that would not be exploded.
