81 year old George Orell has been missing from his Pocomoke home since August 18th.
Now, the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation says it believes it has found his body just a mile from his house on Cedar Hall Road.
He had last been seen walking towards the mailbox.
WBOC reports that Joseph Waters, who lived with him, said that Orell was diagnosed with dementia and experienced hallucinations.
Orell’s body has been sent to the medical examiner’s office but officials do not suspect any foul play.
