If you’re under 18 you won’t be able to use a tanning bed in the First State.
The Delaware House of Representatives has approved legislation that would make it illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to use a tanning bed.
Currently, those under 18 can use them if they have their parent’s consent.
The state Senate approved the measure last month.
And it now goes to the Governor for his signature.
