Plans for remaking the old Salisbury Fire station has been revealed with the help of a YouTube by a key investor.

Joey Gilkerson says in the video that the first floor will be turned into a live-music venue and will carry the name Headquarters Live.

Meanwhile, on the second floor there will be a low-cost space for entrepreneurs to help new businesses startups.

The music venue was the key pitch made by the investors to the City Council last year when the G Plus Properties was the only bidder for the property.

The Salisbury Daily Times reports that the company purchased the property for $85-thousand even though it was assessed at $800-thousand in 2008.
