The legal case surrounding the construction of the Salisbury wastewater treatment appears to have come to an end.

A Maryland Appellate Court denied an appeal by the construction company who built the facility.

The City of Salisbury filed suit against Construction Dynamics Group, Inc. after they over saw the construction of the plant between 2005 and 2009 which did not function properly.

The lawsuit sought to funds paid to the company for improper billing and failure to perform under the terms of the contract.

A jury awarded the city nearly $2 million which has been paid by the company.
