facebook

Former assistant prosecutor Michael Farlow sayshe will jump into the race for Worcester County State’s Attorney.

The 38 year old filed his paperwork in late January.

He worked for former Worcester County State’s Attorney Joel Todd and most recently as the Deputy State’s Attorney for Circuit Court.

The current State’s Attorney Beau Oglesby defeated Todd four years ago and did not reappoint Farlow to his job.

If elected Farlow says he would home in on a growing epidemic of prescription drug abuse – especially among juveniles.

In addition he wants to focus on programs that prevent elder abuse.
