More than 14-hundred victims of former pediatrician Earl Bradley who was convicted was of child molestation have received letters outlining the amount of money they will get from a $122 million settlement of a class action lawsuit.

The money comes from Beebe Medical Center, the Medical Society of Delaware and a handful of doctors.

Beebe Medical Center once employed Bradley and has been accused of knowing he was a threat but fail to report him to authorities.

The hospital had cleared him of wrongdoing involving his treatment of young girls.

Around $112 million will come from Beebe’s insurance carrier, while another $7 million from Beebe itself.

Another $3 million will come from the Medical Society of Delaware and others.

Bruce Hudson an attorney representing around 150 former patients of the Lewes based doctor told the Wilmington News Journal that most of the 14-hundred victims will get some kind of compensation.

He said that almost all of them were still minors.
