More Maryland Children Living in Low Income Homes

Advocates for Children and Youth in Maryland

There are more Maryland children living in low income households according to a new study.The Baltimore based Annie E. Casey foundation found that one in three Maryland children in that age group lives in a household earning less than 200-percent of the federal poverty rate.
