FREDERICK, Md. (AP) - The Frederick County Public Libraries are hosting a reading and discussion series aimed at educating people about Muslim faith and culture.

The agency is among 125 institutions nationwide selected by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the American Library Association for the program.

The five-part series at the downtown Frederick C. Burr Artz Library is called, "Let's Talk About It: Muslim Journeys."

A Hood College expert on Middle Eastern studies will lead a discussion of each book

The series begins Jan. 16. Spaces are limited so advance registration is required, starting Dec. 2.
