An arrest has been made in connection with last weekend’s off-campus shooting of a University of Maryland Eastern Shore student.
WBOC is reports that His name is Tyshon Gabriel Hobson Sr.
The 26 year-old was taken into custody yesterday and charged with attempted first and second degree murder as well as first and second degree assault among other counts.
Police say that Hobson shot 21 year old Devin Johnson early Sunday morning on Somerset Avenue…a few blocks away from the UMES campus.
He is being held without bail in the Somerset Detention Center.
