Officials in Lewes are trying to decide the fate of the home of former pediatrician and convicted pedophile Earl Bradley who was found to have violated over a hundred children.
For a while the home had a for-sale sign but was never purchased.
So, Mayor Jim Ford said that the city was exploring alternative uses for the property other than a single home.
He told the Salisbury Daily Times that the town is currently discussing the future of the property with the bank.
One possibility, he said, was to create a 40-by-175-foot mini public park.
Any change would have to go through the Lewes Historical Preservation Commission.
