Code Orange

DOVER, Del. (AP) - Delaware officials are issuing another "Code Orange" air quality warning.

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control says ozone concentrations are expected to be unhealthful for sensitive people for a second day on Thursday. Officials recommend that young children, the elderly and people with heart or respiratory conditions should limit their outdoor activities. Particulate concentrations are expected to be in the moderate range.

Officials say they expect a period of poor air quality to last until Friday.
