The Salisbury Rollergirls

Salisbury Rollergirls

If you thought rollerderby has gone out of fashion, think again. The three old Salisbury Rollergirls are part of a comeback for the sport that began in the last decade with the creation of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association. Delmarva Public Radio's Don Rush explores who these women are and their passion for the sport.

Don Rush is the News Director and Senior Producer of News and Public Affairs at Delmarva Public Media. An award-winning journalist, Don reports major local issues of the day, from sea level rise, to urban development, to the changing demographics of Delmarva.
