Foreclosure Settlement Checks to Start Flowing in Maryland

There are more than 10-thousand homeowners in Maryland who begin getting checks from a nationwide settlement with mortgage service companies.

State Attorney General Doug Gansler says those who lost their homes to foreclosure between 2008 and 2011 will receive payments averaging 15-hundred.
