Melanoma Rate Up in Delaware

all-free-download.com

Melanoma is on the rise in Delaware.

The latest statistics found that the First State’s incidence rate climbed by nearly 64 percent during the second half of the last decade compared to the second half of the 1990’s.

It’s rate is the fifth highest in the US although its mortality rate was not much different from the US average for the first time in decades.

State official officials and medical leaders say they do not know why the cancer is growing so rapidly…but are committing themselves to find out why.
