Middletown Health Clinic Cuts Hours

dhss.delaware.gov

MIDDLETOWN, Del. (AP) - Delaware public health officials say services at a Middletown clinic are being reduced because of low patient number and a need to consolidate services.

Officials say the Division of Public Health alerted patients last week of a reduction in service hours at the Middletown Health Unit, Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic, effective last Friday.

Services are still available on Tuesdays and Fridays, and patients can continue to schedule appointments or walk-in for services on those days.

Patients also were sent a listing of other medical providers in the area that accept Medicaid, private insurance, and have a sliding scale fee system for those without insurance.
