OC Boardwalk To Be Ready For Summer

ococeancam.com

Work should be finished on the revamped boardwalk in Ocean City for the summer season.

It’s been two years in the making and cost $6 milllion.

City Engineer Terence McGean told WBOC that a lot of the structure comes from the 1960’s

Currently, work is being done between 15th Street and North Division Street.

The first phase was finished in 2012.

The new boardwalk will be able to support more weight which means that for the first time emergency vehicles will be able to use the boardwalk.
