In Fruitland, there will be a new under-21 dance venue called Club Inferno opening November 3rd.
The 42-hundred square foot club is along the north side of the Crown Center facility that is known for youth-oriented athletic and entertainment activities.
Club owner Susie Hearne told the Salisbury Daily Times that she wanted to create an environment for teenagers and young adults.
She called them an under-served demographic.
The club will provide live music from a DJ.
There will also be such safeguards such as professional security, metal detectors, sobriety checks and a well patrolled parking lot.
