Maryland Dream Act Could Have National Effect

This November, Maryland voters will make a decision on undocumented immigrants, that could have an impact beyond its own borders. Maryland's Dream Act would allow undocumented immigrants as children to be eligible for in-state tuition at Maryland's Universities and Colleges.  During an appearance on the campus of Salisbury University, Delmarva Public Radio talked with two backers of the measure, including Delegate Ana Sol Gutierrez.
