New Castle County Police say they have found spray-painted slurs on the sidewalk outside the victims home on Laurel Lane in the Barrington community.
Authorities report that the incident took place near Newark overnight on Saturday and has been classified this as a hate crime.
Similar graffiti was also found in front of several other houses in the area as well.
