The full Delaware Supreme Court heard another round of arguments yesterday in the Earl Bradley case in which the pediatrician was convicted of sexually molesting dozens of his patients – many of them…toddlers.
At issue was the search of his Lewes-area office complex in December of 2009.
Bradley’s attorney argued that police searched buildings that were not included in the warrant.
In addition, attorney Robert Goff told the court that the police seemed to be looking for evidence that went beyond the medical files on eight patients specified by the warrant.
That search turned up videotapes in which Bradley was reportedly seen sexually abusing children.
Deputy Attorney General Paul Wallace countered that the judge who signed the warrant was aware of the two separate buildings on the property.
Wallace added that the medical practice was the scene of the crime.
