Salisbury, MD – The Salisbury City Council rejected a $75,000 grant for predevelopment work on the affordable housing project known as "The Bricks" in the Church Street neighborhood. The rejection of the grant means an end to nearly three years of effort by past city council members and the Mayor to move ahead with the redevelopment project.
