Coffeehouse Concert with Tony Sciuto

Coffeehouse Concert with Tony Sciuto

Delaware Friends of Folk resume their coffeehouse concert series at Earle Teat Music, located at 3098 N Dupont Hwy, Dover, Del. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and admission is $7 for members of Delaware Friends of Folk, $10 for non-members, teens are half-price, and those 12 and under are admitted free. Fresh-brewed coffee, freshly baked cookies, and other snacks will be available. The show starts at 7:00 p.m. and seating may be limited.

The April 18th coffeehouse concert features singer, songwriter and record producer Tony Sciuto. From Top 10 hits to legendary collaborations, Tony Sciuto has been a mainstay of the music industry since his debut song was covered by the Bay City Rollers in 1976. A prolific songwriter, Tony’s credits include Tina Turner’s "Stronger Than The Wind," Don Johnson’s "Last Sound Love Makes," and works for B.J. Thomas and Little River Band. As a performer, his career is equally storied. He spent seven years as the pianist for Little River Band, toured with PLAYER ("Baby Come Back"), and famously rocked the screen in the Full House band, Jesse and the Rippers, with John Stamos. Tony enjoyed a band reunion on The Late Show with Jimmy Fallon and in 2014 and 2016 released a two solo CDs, Under the Radar (Vivid Sound, Japan) and Temptation Alley (P-Vine Records, Japan).
