Feds Okay Second Study for Third Bay Bridge

Federal Officials have approved a study to examine the environmental and traffic impact of a proposed third Chesapeake Bay bridge that would make landfall on Kent Island. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush spoke with Jack Broderick, President of the Kent Island Heritage Society which opposes the plan in this excerpt from this Friday's Delmarva Today that will be aired at 9 a.m. on WSDL 90.7 FM.

Don Rush is the News Director at Delmarva Public Media. Before coming to Salisbury, he spent 12 years in Washington, DC with the Pacifica Network News bureau. During the 1980s, he was News Director at KFPK in his hometown of Los Angeles. He also worked for the Los Angeles-based wire and audio news service CNS/RNW.
