NATO Members Lobbied for Help in Iraq

NPR's Michele Kelemen reports on the Bush administration's efforts to persuade France, Germany and other NATO member nations to offer troops to help stabilize Iraq. NATO officials are talking about a limited role for the alliance and many say they're in no mood to get deeply involved.
