Orsted has withdrawn from a financial agreement with Maryland officials but still plans to move ahead with the offshore wind farm near Ocean City. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with Jamie DeMarco, Maryland director for the Chesapeake Climate Action Network, on the implications of Orsted's decision.
