Former Mayor Jake Day, now Secretary of Maryland Housing and Community Development, praised Salisbury Mayor Jack Heath who announced that he has withdrawn his bid for election this fall. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Day about that decision and his time working with Heath.
