The Maryland Municipal League is meeting in Ocean City this week with concerns over how well the federal and state funds have been used to ease the stress of the coronavirus pandemic. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Comptroller Peter Franchot (D) about his efforts to look at how the money was spent. Franchot has also announced his candidacy for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination next year.
