downtownsby.com

There was a ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday afternoon in downtown Salisbury.

It was for a three piece metal sculpture called “Bloom”

The sculptor was a Salisbury University student Blaine Steiner.

Steiner told WBOC that he was glad to leave something behind.

The site of the sculpture is at the intersection of Circle Avenue and Market Street.
