MILFORD, Del. (AP) - State police say a 23-year-old Maryland man has died after a crash on Delaware Route 1 near Milford.

Police say Edgar Molina of Silver Spring, Maryland, was a passenger in a car that drifted off the road early Sunday before the driver overcorrected and ran off the road on the other side. Police say the car hit a utility pole and two trees and rolled over during the crash, just before dawn Sunday.

The driver and another passenger were treated at a hospital and released. Police say Molina was not wearing a seat belt. He died at a hospital.

Police say that while alcohol does not appear to be a factor, the driver may face charges. He's been identified as 20-year-old Mauricio Borda of Greenbelt, Maryland. The other passenger was a 19-year-old woman from Virginia.
