Frontier Airlines Website

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Frontier Airlines is now offering flights from the Wilmington, Del., area to Atlanta and Detroit.

The first flights to those cities took off Tuesday from New Castle Airport with a ceremonial water cannon tribute. The airline now offers flights to seven cities from Delaware.

In July, Frontier brought commercial flights back to Delaware after a five-year absence with service to Chicago-Midway, Denver and three Florida destinations: Orlando, Tampa and Fort Myers.
