Chesapeake Music presents The Dolphins Quartet: A Community Concert
As part of the 12th Biennial Chesapeake Chamber Music Competition, Chesapeake Music is pleased to present The Dolphins Quartet: A Community Concert at 2:00pm on Sunday, April 12th at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Centreville. Our generous sponsors Talbot Arts and The Van Strum Foundation enabled this special, free, Community Concert Series.
The Dolphins Quartet is one of five Competition Finalists in town for the weekend, competing for a slate of fantastic prizes on Saturday, April 11th in Easton. The Chesapeake Chamber Music Competition finalists emerge out of an international pool of applicants, establishing themselves as future stars of their generation.
The Dolphins Quartet is a Juilliard-trained string quartet and composer collective based in New York City, devoted to making chamber music vibrant, daring, and deeply human. Members of the group include Luke Henderson (violin), Ian Maloney (cello), Isaac Park (violin), and James Preucil (viola).
