During a House hearing lawmakers say they found efforts by Dan Snyder, owner of the Washington Commanders, to carry out a shadow investigation into those accusing the football club of a toxic sexual environment. Meanwhile, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell told the panel that he did not have the ability to remove Snyder as owner of the team. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with East Coast sportswriter Mike Lurie about the implications of the new findings. The panel says Snyder will be subpoenaed.
