During a House hearing lawmakers say they found efforts by Dan Snyder, owner of the Washington Commanders, to carry out a shadow investigation into those accusing the football club of a toxic sexual environment. Meanwhile, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell told the panel that he did not have the ability to remove Snyder as owner of the team.
