Wicomico County Executive Julie Giordano fires back over criticism for her decision to provide an encrypted sheriff's radio to a Facebook publication. On Tuesday she was denounced by County Sherilff Mike Lewis who announced he will not retire in reaction to the latest controversy. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush has this look at the clash.
