Opposition of the proposed offshore wind farms along the Maryland coast has called for a moratorium after the recent number of whales that have washed ashore. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Dr. Brad Steven, retired professor of Marine and Environmental Science at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, who says there is no connection.
