The death of Queen Elizabeth II is being mourned by many around the world as her son King Charles III takes the throne. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talks with Tod Becker, a former U.S. diplomat in Europe and an adjunct professor at Salisbury University, about her legacy and what lies ahead for the new King.
