Unique Homeless Shelter Projects in Delaware (Delmarva Today Preview)

A new effort is underway to provide shelter for the homeless in Delaware. The non-profit Springboard Collaborative has plans for unique sites in Georgetown and Lewes. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with the organization's executive director Judson Malone about the new project.
