With some 12,000 seasonal jobs each summer temporary workers often find themselves in search of housing. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Glenn Irwin, executive director of the Ocean City Development Corporation which is tasked with revitalizing the downtown area. He notes that the pandemic along with the need for new construction has had in impact on housing availability.
