A former head of the Salisbury University Alumni Association board of directors has been killed in car crash while jogging.

37-year old Robert Shultheis was found injured by Fruitland emergency personnel.

He was struck on Meadow Bridge Road after being hit by a Ford pick-up truck and later died from the crash.

The vehicle was driven by Brent Taylor of Eden, Maryland.
