HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) - The blues are back in Hagerstown.
The Western Maryland Blues Fest opens Thursday night with a free performance by Paul Pfau (fow), who competed on the NBC show "The Voice" this year.
The music continues with regional, national and international acts Friday and Saturday in the city center, and Sunday in City Park.
Saturday's headliner is British guitarist Matt Schofield; Sunday's is the Kansas-born harmonica-and-guitar duo Moreland & Arbuckle.
The festival is in its 20th year and has become the city's biggest tourism event.
