DOVER, Del. (AP) - Officials say a $5 million federal grant will be used to expand and improve Delaware Airpark in Dover.

The airpark is home to more than 40 aircraft and Delaware State University's flight training program.

Members of Delaware's congressional delegation are scheduled to join DSU president Harry Williams and other officials Monday to discuss the grant.

The money will help fund an ongoing multi-year project to construct a new runway and taxiways, among other improvements.
