EPA Civil Enforcement Down

There had been expectations that the Biden administration would reverse the long downward trend in civil enforcement by the Environmental Protection Agency. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Eric Schaeffer, executive director of the Environmental Integrity Project on why this has not occurred and hopes for increased funding in the next year's budget.
