A new report finds that 90 percent of all coal ash sites are contaminating ground water in violation of federal rules. The survey by Earth Justice and the Environmental Integrity Project also said that Maryland has the 7th worst site in the country. Delmarva Public Media's Don Rush talked with Abel Russ, senior attorney for the Environmental Integrity Project about the implications of the new report.
